Directs WMU's campus-wide academic success and retention programs in Student Success Services, including staff and student-employee training in high-impact practices, proactive outreach to students, budget administration, and evaluation of academic support programs with course outcome data. Master's degree in a related field, supervisory experience, and budget management required.

Deputy to the Vice President for Student, Academic, and Workforce Success, leading Mott's enrollment, retention, and completion strategy and directing the offices that deliver student success services; also serves as the college's Title IX coordinator. Leads the Determined Dawgs Scholar Academy, a summer bridge and transition program for incoming students.

Runs the day-to-day operations of the College of Law's Academic Success Program: skills workshops, individual and small-group academic support, structured interventions for at-risk and probation students, and bar-readiness programming. Directs the Peer Mentoring & Tutoring Program, including recruiting, training, and assessing student mentors and tutors, and uses outcome data to evaluate services. Fixed-term academic staff, remote-friendly. JD or equivalent required.

Provides individualized academic coaching for osteopathic medical students across the East Lansing, Detroit Medical Center, and Macomb campuses: learning strategies, self-regulated learning, time management, exam preparation, post-exam reflection, and study plans built from performance data. Fixed-term academic staff, hybrid; no registration, degree audit, or academic standing duties. Master's in education or a related field required.

Leads the First-Year Academic Experience, the Student Academic Success Center, the Laker Academic Success Center, and the Exploratory Advising Center, and administers Navigate. The senior line responsible for GVSU's campus-wide undergraduate learning support portfolio. Master's required; higher-education administration or student development preferred.

Manages the daily operation and supervision of HFC's Learning Lab and works with faculty and student services to develop academic supports beyond the classroom, reporting to the Director of Library and Academic Support Services. Classified as a 12-month, tenure-track faculty position; requires a master's degree and two years of college teaching or two years in a collegiate learning-support setting.

Leads academic support and learning assistance, career advising, and disability accommodation for medical students at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.

Coordinates tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, group study, and early-alert intervention for nursing students in the Jacob Scholars Program.

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for Counseling, the Student Resource Center, and Success Coaching, including data-driven strategies for retention and early intervention with at-risk students.

Provides administrative support to the Teaching and Learning Center Manager and the Writing Center Coordinator, and to the department overall. On-site position.

Directs the university Writing Center in the Gerstacker Academic Commons, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising peer and professional tutors both in person and online. Also owns day-to-day operations, budget and payroll, workshops and student orientations, assessment reporting, and collaboration with the University Writing Program and other academic units. Includes teaching one composition or rhetoric course per year as needed.

Advises and mentors a caseload of students in the TRIO Excel program, running study-skills workshops and monitoring academic progress under the Director of Academic Services. Ten-month position; requires a bachelor's degree and two years of TRIO or comparable experience.

Runs peer tutoring, academic coaching, and group study sessions in the Center for Student Success, including hiring, training, and supervising the student staff who deliver them. Also carries an academic counseling caseload of students on probation or warning.
