Leads academic support and learning assistance, career advising, and disability accommodation for medical students at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.

Shares leadership of one of the largest peer-led academic support programs in the country. Supervises about 125 of the program's roughly 250 undergraduate facilitators and course leaders, delivers new-facilitator training each term and monthly active-learning workshops, designs and analyzes program assessment, builds STEM faculty partnerships, and manages an annual hiring cycle of 400 to 500 applicants. Bachelor's degree and three or more years of higher education experience including staff supervision required.

Administers the Science Learning Center's Study Group Program day to day: hiring and payroll for 200+ student facilitators, scheduling about 450 weekly sessions across 18 courses, registration and attendance data, financial records, and the enrollment and survey reports the team uses for program decisions.

Coordinates tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, group study, and early-alert intervention for nursing students in the Jacob Scholars Program.

Manages day-to-day operations of the Academic Success Center and recruits, trains, observes, and supervises the peer leaders who staff its tutoring and Supplemental Instruction programs. Posted as University Counselor I; requires a master's degree and two years in tutoring or academic assistance.

Leads outreach and student engagement for the Academic Success Center's tutoring, Supplemental Instruction, and study-skills coaching, and owns the tutor training program aligned to CRLA certification standards. Posted as University Counselor I; master's degree required.

Coaches a caseload of up to 150 first-year and transfer students through academic milestones in the Warrior 360 program, with a retention and early-transition focus. Posted as Academic Services Officer I/II.

Carries an academic coaching caseload of first-generation students, manages Navigate360 referrals, and supervises peer mentors under a Title III grant.

Leads the Determined Dawgs Scholar Academy, a summer bridge and transition program for incoming students.

Provides strategic leadership and oversight for Counseling, the Student Resource Center, and Success Coaching, including data-driven strategies for retention and early intervention with at-risk students.

Provides administrative support to the Teaching and Learning Center Manager and the Writing Center Coordinator, and to the department overall. On-site position.

Directs the university Writing Center in the Gerstacker Academic Commons, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising peer and professional tutors both in person and online. Also owns day-to-day operations, budget and payroll, workshops and student orientations, assessment reporting, and collaboration with the University Writing Program and other academic units. Includes teaching one composition or rhetoric course per year as needed.

Co-leads peer tutors and support staff in the Tutoring and Reading Center within the Knowledge Market, coordinating tutor recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluation.

Advises and mentors a caseload of students in the TRIO Excel program, running study-skills workshops and monitoring academic progress under the Director of Academic Services. Ten-month position; requires a bachelor's degree and two years of TRIO or comparable experience.

Runs peer tutoring, academic coaching, and group study sessions in the Center for Student Success, including hiring, training, and supervising the student staff who deliver them. Also carries an academic counseling caseload of students on probation or warning.

Owns tutoring delivery end to end: recruiting, training, and supervising peer tutors, running drop-in and group sessions, tracking program effectiveness, and managing the tutoring budget. Reports to the Director of Student Support Services and CORE.
