Leads academic support and learning assistance, career advising, and disability accommodation for medical students at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine.

Shares leadership of one of the largest peer-led academic support programs in the country. Supervises about 125 of the program's roughly 250 undergraduate facilitators and course leaders, delivers new-facilitator training each term and monthly active-learning workshops, designs and analyzes program assessment, builds STEM faculty partnerships, and manages an annual hiring cycle of 400 to 500 applicants. Carries an academic coaching caseload of first-generation students, manages Navigate360 referrals, and supervises peer mentors under a Title III grant.
